About the festival
The Bantu Film Festival is a Pan-African film festival dedicated to celebrating African storytelling, creativity, and cultural exchange through cinema. The festival provides a platform for filmmakers, industry professionals, students, and audiences to engage with diverse African films, participate in discussions, attend workshops, and build meaningful connections within the film industry.
Now in its fifth edition, the festival continues to promote emerging and established African filmmakers while fostering film appreciation and industry development in Botswana and across the continent.
